Gymnastics is a sport of balance, strength, agility, and power.  The skills of this sport are muscle strength along with balance and agility.  Our SPA (Speed, Power, and Agility) package will increase the athletes’ leg strength, explosive power in vaulting or mounting, balance, and body control and agility.  Our state of the art treadmills with instant feedback charts in Velocity, Power, and Horizontal Force will increase the athletes’ speed and explosiveness.  Our weight training programs target overall strength in the legs and upper body and also core and hip strength for explosive moves.  At the Sports Institute we use Dartfish Video Analysis to determine leg speed and agility to teach and correct sprint techniques to make each athlete faster and a more efficient athlete.  Sign up for your FREE training session today.
