Jump Program

The Jump Program brings athletes to the next level. The program ran in the Fall of 2007 & was a success for all who attended. The program was designed to increase vertical jump, speed, power, and agility.
Look forward to another group session of the Jump Program in the Fall of 2008. If you're interested in working on your vertical, speed, power, and agility, the Sports Institute can arrange to set you up with a personal Jump Program or the SPA (Speed, Power, and Agility) Program.
